2. Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
• Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (Czech Republic);
• Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, where applicable.

3. What data we collect

• Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message;
• Communication data: emails and phone enquiries;
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited (via cookies — see our Cookie Policy);
• Order / visit data: information you provide when ordering plants or arranging a visit.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• Fulfilment of contracts and orders — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• Legal obligations (accounting and tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Act No. 563/1991 Coll.;
• Analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner);
• Marketing — only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept up to 24 months after the last reply unless a longer period is required for a contract or legal claim. Accounting records are retained for the periods set by Czech law. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting and email providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the ÚOOÚ.
